Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Executive – NW Indiana
Job Description
As an Outside Sales Executive you will work from home making
in-person and phone calls promoting both products and services
available by Solutects LLC. All leads must be entered, qualified,
and updated in our CRM system on a daily basis. We are establishing
a team of sales executives that will be working together covering
Northwest Indiana. Additional territories and sales executives will
be added as needed.

experienced CRM, GP, SharePoint, and application development
solution architect / project
manager. We are a reseller of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and
provide services related to the following products and services:
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise)
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft Office 365
• CRM Implementation Recovery
• Outsourced Project Management
• .NET and ASP.NET Application architecture and development
Compensation
This is a commission only position designed for highly motivated and
results orientated individuals. Components of the offering include
a percentage of product margin and a percentage of all paid
service hours for an initial time frame of all projects. Only
sales to Customers converted from Leads and Opportunities owned by
the Sales Executive are included in the calculation.
Requirements
Candidate must have or gain a working knowledge of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, and services offered by
Solutects LLC. Applications Certification classes and exams are
available to gain product knowledge and certification. Our
reimbursement plan will cover the cost of exams.
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales success on a commission basis
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven abilities to prospect and close new business opportunities
• Good organizational skills and self-motivated work habits
• Accomplished consultative and persuasive selling techniques
• Proficient in computers, software, Microsoft Office
• Internet marketing and software sales experience a plus
